Midwest Truck Series Unveils Thrilling and Diverse 2025 Schedule

[Sun Prairie, WI] – The Midwest Truck Series is excited to reveal its 2025 schedule, featuring legendary tracks and a long-anticipated return to Iowa. After the 2024 season that saw the championship decided in the final laps, the upcoming season promises even more action and excitement.

Race fans everywhere will be excited to learn that many of this season's events will be streamed live on TrackTV.com, PitRowTV, or Racing America, bringing the thrill of Midwest Truck Series racing straight to their homes.

Kicking off the season, the Midwest Truck Series will once again return to Dells Raceway Park. As the newest member of the NASCAR Regional track family, Dells Raceway Park will host three events during the 2025 season, including the Sauter Classic 50 in August and the Midwest Truck Series' return to the Falloween Championship weekend in October. Last season at the Icebreaker 50, the Midwest Truck Series kicked off with a spectacular battle, setting the tone for an unforgettable year.

Following the Icebreaker, the second stop on the 2025 schedule is a homecoming at Madison International Speedway. The Joe Shear Classic has become a fan favorite, delivering thrilling side-by-side action in its signature 36-lap shootout. The series will also return to MIS for the Howie Lettow Classic, which will now take place in July under the Friday night lights.

The third stop marks a long-awaited return to the corn state, Iowa, as the Midwest Truck Series visits Hawkeye Downs Speedway for the first time in three years. Tristan Swanson claimed victory during the series' last stop at Hawkeye Downs in 2021 en route to his championship.

Golden Sands Speedway will host the fourth race on Memorial Day Monday, offering a hot, slick, elbows-up showdown. Last year’s event saw Jeff Holtz edge out James Swan by a slim 0.031-second margin in a thrilling finish.

Following Golden Sands, teams will enjoy a brief spring break with a well-earned four-week break from the track before heading to Marshfield Motor Speedway for the Hub City 50 on Saturday, June 21. After rain canceled the 2024 event, fans can expect a spectacular show this year.

The summer heats up for competitors with the Prelude to the Nationals at Slinger Speedway on Sunday, July 6. This crown jewel event features a 60-lap main event and kicks off the 2025 Slinger Nationals, with the coveted title of Prelude winner on the line.

Wisconsin’s Action Track, Jefferson Speedway, will host three events in 2025. The first is the second annual Orange Blossom 61 on Saturday, July 19. The Wisconsin State Championships follow on Friday and Saturday, September 19 and 20, featuring a new two-night format. Friday night’s ‘Show Points’ format ensures every competitor earns equal championship points, setting the stage for Saturday night’s intense competition to crown the Wisconsin State Champion with full series championship points awarded. The first Tuesday in August can only mean one thing: the Dixieland Delight 25 at Wisconsin International Raceway. Known for its unique track layout, WIR offers thrilling two-lane racing that often leads to dramatic finishes. The 2025 event marks the 10th appearance of the Midwest Truck Series at WIR, where no driver has won more than once. Last season, Grant Griesbach earned his first career series victory and looks to become the first repeat winner.

The Midwest Truck Series will attempt a return to Grundy County Speedway for the Wayne Carter Classic 50 on Saturday, August 16. Last year, heavy storms spoiled the return after the first practice session. The series will look to crown a winner at Grundy for the first time since Jerry Wood’s victory in 2013.

The penultimate race of the season takes place during the iconic Oktoberfest Race Weekend at La Crosse Speedway on Saturday, October 4. Last year, strong winds of 35+ mph created unique challenges, forcing some competitors to retire early due to leaves on their grills including race leader Bryce Miller. Chester Ace claimed victory in dramatic fashion, but Brandon Reichenberger secured the overall season championship by a slim 9 point margin.

A diverse schedule of 15 events over 14 weekends stands between the drivers and teams of the Midwest Truck Series and the 2025 championship. Consistency will be key, as demonstrated by 2024 champion Brandon Reichenberger, who never finished outside the top 10. Chester Ace and Eugene Gregorich III, who rounded out the podium, each had only one finish outside the top 10.
